Refund policy
Sessions are booked online with a deposit, which holds your date and time in the Santa Clara studio. The balance is due at your session.
Deposits
- Portrait session: $200 deposit ($395 total)
- Executive session: $300 deposit ($595 total)
- Signature session: $450 deposit ($895 total)
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice before your session. Your deposit moves to the new date. Email info@gvillalobos.com or call (818) 835-7016.
Cancellations and missed sessions
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or miss your session. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice count as a cancellation.
Late arrivals
Sessions start and end at the booked time so the next client isn't delayed. If you arrive late, we shoot for the time that remains, at the full session price.
If we need to reschedule
If I have to cancel or move your session for any reason, you can choose a new date or a full refund of your deposit.
Love it or your money back
If you don't love any of your images at the end of an individual studio session, tell me before you leave. You can choose a 100% refund of what you've paid or a free reshoot. Because you review every image on screen during the session, this guarantee applies only at the session, not after your gallery is delivered.
Extra images, prints and add-ons
Extra edited images ($50 each), extra backdrop colors ($120) and prints are final once ordered, because they are made for you. Prints that arrive damaged are replaced at no charge if you contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Team sessions
Team and on-site sessions are quoted and invoiced separately. Their deposit and cancellation terms are stated in your quote.
Gift cards
Gift cards don't expire and aren't redeemable for cash, except where the law requires it.
